I'm Blaine Germaniuk, founder of realTopia Vacation Rentals. I moved to the Okanagan in 1993 to undertake campus planning at Okanagan University College. Soon after, I become interested in the local real estate investment market, which led to a small beginning in my vacation rental business. I invested in my first luxury condominium at the Playa Del Sol resort in 2008. That was just the beginning.
