Our Owner(s) comments:

The front vestibule, living room and ½ bath are on the main level. The next level has the dining area and kitchen (with access to the rear deck and the main deck). The upper level has the master bedroom, large ensuite bathroom, small clothes closet and large walk-in closet. The upper deck is also accessed from the master bedroom.

Poplar Point Drive is close to everything you could want in Kelowna. Cross the street to Lake Okanagan and miles of beaches and parks. Walk to major downtown events including Hockey, Theatres and Concerts, Clubs, a Casino, Fine Dining and Pubs, and Cultural venues. Or stay at home to enjoy our large decks and fantastic views of Lake Okanagan.

Additional parking may be available upon request.

An hour's drive from champagne powder skiing, Big White and Silver Star Ski Resorts boast short lift lines and uncrowded slopes. Nearby Crystal Mountain and Apex Mountain offer other ski and snowboard choices.

Our luxury guest suite is outfitted with many thoughtful extras for your convenience and comfort. We think you will love it. Beautifully appointed, the property has a fully-equipped kitchen (yes, even a WAFFLE-MAKER and crock pot!), a comfortable king-size bed, awe-inspiring patio views overlooking FUN-tastic Lake Okanagan, a private BBQ, and on-site parking. A CD/DVD player, AM/FM stereo, and flat-screen TV's (one is a large 50" Smart HDTV) are provided for your entertainment. This accommodation even has Egyptian Cotton a HEATED BATHROOM TOWEL BAR withTOWELS and beach towels. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed and high thread-count Egyptian cotton linens. You have the option of sleeping 2 more persons in the living room on the queen-size sofa bed.

This furnished home is also currently available to lease (min. 6 months) from October until March. Ask for details.


Terms & Conditions

Minimum Stay: Our minimum stay on weekends (Friday to Sunday) is 3 days. There is no minimum stay restriction on mid-week vacancies unless noted otherwise. Other conditions may apply.

No minimum stay to fill short adjacent vacancies. Please enquire.

Holiday Restrictions: Statutory Holidays in May, July, August, September and December are subject to a minimum stay of 7 days.

Payments: 50% of rent must be paid at the time of booking; balance of rent is due 30 days before arrival. If booking within 1 month of your arrival date, then payment in full is required.

Sales Tax applies to all sales. Currency is in Canadian Dollars.

A credit card is required to preauthorize the damage deposit.

Cancellation before 60 days in advance of arrival day is subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds within 60 days (although we will try hard to re-rent your unit for a partial or full refund, less cancellation fee).

Specials

Current Specials: Housekeeping Fee is waived on stays 6 days or longer.

Free Welcome Package: Included in every week-long reservation. Enjoy a bottle of Okanagan wine, hot drinks, and other treats.

Same-Day Bookings: Online reservations must be made at least 1 day prior to arrival. If you need a place immediately, please telephone us.
