The resort hosts a gourmet restaurant, the Roasted Bean Coffee Shop, and other retail space. Or, escape to the swimming pool, hot tub, and cabanas on the 3rd-storey sun-decks, overlooking fun-tastic Lake Okanagan.

A short walk away, Rotary Beach Park (3726 Lakeshore Road) has designated swimming areas, change rooms, playgrounds, picnic areas, and more. Known for its kite boarding and wind surfing, Rotary Beach is the ideal spot to enjoy your favourite water sport. If you enjoy trails, you'll love Mission Creek Greenway. 22 kilometres long from the shores of Okanagan Lake to Mission Creek Falls, the Creek is well-travelled year round by walkers, hikers, runners, bicyclists, and equestrians. Moorage for your boat is handled privately across the street by Aqua Valet Boat Storage.

Beautifully appointed, the property has a fully-equipped kitchen (yes, even a WAFFLE-MAKER and crock pot!), a comfortable king-size bed, patio views overlooking serene Wilson Creek, a private BBQ, and free on-site parking. A CD/DVD player, AM/FM stereo, and flat-screen TV's are provided for your entertainment. The master bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has a king bed. You have the option of sleeping 2 more persons in the living room on the queen-size sofa bed. Additional parking may be available upon request.

Our home can be rented by the day, week, or month, depending on the season. Peak season offers daily and weekly rates (minimum stays apply). However, you can still book a shorter vacation into the small openings in our calendar. Monthly off-season rentals permit use of hot tub and exercise gym. Our availability calendar shows which dates are available to reserve. Please ask for details.

Terms & Conditions

No minimum stay to fill short adjacent vacancies. Please enquire.

Holiday Restrictions: Statutory Holidays in May, July, August, September and December may be subject to a minimum stay of 7 days. Please ask us.

Security Deposit: The deposit is due by eTransfer upon booking.

Cancellation or Change Fee: Changes before 60 days in advance of arrival day are subject to a minimum fee for each change. No refunds within 60 days (although we will try hard to re-rent your accommodation for a partial or full refund, less cancellation fee).

Payments: The security deposit is $500CAD. The 2nd payment up to 50% of rent is due 60 days before arrival. The balance of rent is due 30 days before arrival. If booking within 1 month of your arrival date, then payment in full is required.

Currency is in Canadian Dollars.


Current Specials:

30% to 40% OFF of weekly bookings in May and June. Quote "Spring-Special" when booking for the discount.

Ask about September DEALS for stays greater than 5 nights.

Housekeeping Fee is waived on stays 6 days or longer (may not be combined with other specials).

Free Welcome Package: Included in every week-long reservation (some restrictions apply). Enjoy a bottle of Okanagan wine, hot drinks, and other treats.

Save by booking directly with us. Our other booking channels and agents are 5% to 30% higher.

Same-Day Bookings: Online reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If you need a place immediately, please telephone us.

For reservations next year or later, please contact us for rates and availability.

Lease: This home is also currently available to lease (min. 6 months) from September until Spring for $1600/month (Utilities extra). Please call for details.
